Life Coaching is aimed at helping you identify your vision of the life you want to achieve and break it down into long-term and short-term goals. Our therapists work with you starting with your current needs and struggles, and help you to develop a weekly plan, exploring not only your strengths and opportunities, but also barriers, and how you can overcome them. The focus ranges from identifying academic and professional goals, to more day-to-day goals, such identifying housing options, learning money management, developing interviewing skills, etc.
