Pamela Stephan, LMFT has over 30 years of experience counseling individuals, couples, families, in the Los Angeles area. With a master’s degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, and post graduate certification in Integrative Body Psychotherapy from the Rosenberg-Kitaen Central Institute, Pamela utilizes a mind-body approach to help her clients achieve emotional clarity, healing, and mental well-being. For the last 12 years, Pamela worked at world-renowned Passages Inpatient Addiction Center in Malibu, California, where she counseled individuals and their families struggling with substance abuse issues.
As a therapist, Pamela’s main areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, addiction, childhood trauma, marital issues, end-of-life issues, medical challenges including cancer, grief, life passages, eating disorders, and sexual abuse. She is an active therapist who listens and gently challenges her clients to help them consider new approaches to a problem. Pamela gives honest, insightful feedback and believes it’s possible to transform challenges and suffering into growth and wisdom.
