Ryan has been a licensed psychotherapist for over 5 years, after matriculating with honors from Cal St. Dominguez Hills University. Ryan had a perfect academic record there, but believes psychology and psychotherapy is far more of an art than science, and that therapeutic relationships with clientele are far more important and impactful than theoretical orientation or interventions, although those are certainly part of the process. Human beings aren't technical, and we all are emotional and not entirely logical at times. To that end, Ryan is a bit eclectic in theoretical orientation philosophically, and tends to veer towards facilitating an environment which is steeped in introspection and acceptance as a precursor to change. Ryan has worked with thousands of clients throughout his career, no two alike, and he will tailor each treatment plan and therapeutic process accordingly to the individual at hand.
